REPAIR OF TANK WAGONS
DESCRIPTION
We have a newly built degassing station for liquefied gas tank wagons. This service saves the cost of shipping the wagon to another such station and its return, as well as eliminating the losses caused by the rent or the inability of using the wagon for that period. With us this is included in the car repair time.
We offer repair of tank wagons for the transport of goods of classes 2 and 3.
LIST OF OFFERED SERVICES
1) Tank wagons for the transport of goods of class 2
- Degassing of tank wagons for the transport of liquefied gas
- Internal cleaning of the tanks
- Repair of hydraulic and mechanical central valves and their controls
- Repair of side valves
- Conducting of interim and full inspections of tanks in accordance with RID
- Execution of repairs of any kind on underframes, bogies, wheelsets and brakes in accordance with the requirements of VPI and BG
2) Tank wagons for the transport of goods of class 3
- Repair of hydraulic and mechanical central valves
- Repair of side plugs, safety valves, domes and other fittings on the tank
- Repair and inspection of heating systems
- Intermediate inspections and full inspections of tanks in accordance with RID
- Execution of repairs of any kind on underframes, bogies, wheelsets and brakes in accordance with the requirements of VPI and BG
